SUMMARY:Rolling Stoned: DRE for Prosecutors
DESCRIPTION:This program will cover everything you need to know about the Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) program\, including an introduction to the DRE evaluation\, an in-depth discussion of the seven (7) drug categories\, how to qualify your DRE as an expert witness\, and more. This training is open to Virginia prosecutors only. MCLE credits are pending. \nThe training is in Richmond on Tuesday\, May 27\, 2025 at 10:00 am to Wednesday\, May 28\, 2025 at 4:00 pm. \nLodging is provided to students whose office is more than 25 miles from the training venue and meals will be provided or reimbursed at state per diem rate to all attendees.
