DESCRIPTION:CASC is pleased to present the next webinar in our 2025 webinar series:\n“Combatting Common Defenses in Criminal Trials“. \nThis training is focused on the most common defenses in criminal cases and how to prepare for and rebut those defenses. Defenses to be addressed are: Alibi\, self-defense\, claim of right. \nThe webinar will take place on Thursday\, July 3\, 2025\, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. \nOur presenter will be Jason Kowalski\, Staff Attorney for CASC and a former Virginia prosecutor. \nCASC welcomes both prosecutors and non-attorney staff members employed in Virginia Commonwealth’s Attorneys’ Offices to this webinar. \nCASC will endeavor to record this training and make the recording available for future reference. \nYou must register by July 2\, 2025.  Click here to register.
