SUMMARY:Asset Forfeiture: Law and Procedure
DESCRIPTION:This program is designed for prosecutors\, law enforcement\, and civilian asset forfeiture coordinators. This one-day class will cover the basics of asset forfeiture law and procedure\, as well as administrative requirements. Instructors include experienced law enforcement officers and prosecutors from the field.
