SUMMARY:Successful Prosecutions in Technology-Facilitated Crimes
DESCRIPTION:This is a two-day training focused on technology-facilitated crimes against children. Tailored for prosecutors\, and investigators\, this hands-on training covers victim grooming\, digital investigations\, child interviews\, and prosecution strategies. Attendees will engage in practical exercises emphasizing the multidisciplinary team’s (MDT’s) crucial role in investigating\, working with witnesses\, and building a strong case for prosecution. \nRegistration closes on January 6 and by January 10 you will be notified if you are in the program or have been placed on the waitlist. \nThe program will be held in Staunton and lodging will be provided for attendees whose offices are more than twenty-five miles from the training venue.
