DESCRIPTION:CASC is pleased to present the next webinar in our 2025 webinar series: “Journey Through the Labyrinth – Decoding DUI License Suspensions and Charging Decisions“. \nThis training is focused on the DUI license suspension code sections. \nKey topics covered will include: \n\nThe length of suspensions for each level of DUI.\nRestricted license waiting periods.\nDefendant options when obtaining a restricted license.\nLicense restoration after DUI felonies.\nCharging decisions when a defendant drives while revoked or in violation of his restricted license.\n\nThe webinar will take place on Friday\, June 6\, 2025\, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. \nOur presenter will be Jason Kowalski\, Staff Attorney for CASC and a former Virginia prosecutor. \nCASC welcomes both prosecutors and non-attorney staff members employed in Virginia Commonwealth’s Attorneys’ Offices to this webinar. \nCASC will endeavor to record this training and make the recording available for future reference. \nYou must register by June 5\, 2025.
