DESCRIPTION:CASC is pleased to present the next webinar in our 2025 webinar series: “Pre-trial Identification and Photo-IDs“. \nThis training focuses on the rules under the Constitution for Photo-IDs\, Show-Ups\, and Pretrial Identification during a law enforcement investigation. The webinar will discuss how to handle motions to suppress and how to apply the rule under Neil v. Biggers and the cases that follow it. \nThe webinar will take place on Friday\, July 25\, 2025\, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. \nOur presenter is Elliott Casey\, CASC Director. \nCASC welcomes both prosecutors and non-attorney staff members employed in Virginia Commonwealth’s Attorneys’ Offices to this webinar. \nCASC will endeavor to record this training and make the recording available for future reference. \nYou must register by July 24\, 2025.  Click here to register.
