CASC is pleased to present the next webinar in our 2025 webinar series: “Pre-trial Identification and Photo-IDs“.

This training focuses on the rules under the Constitution for Photo-IDs, Show-Ups, and Pretrial Identification during a law enforcement investigation. The webinar will discuss how to handle motions to suppress and how to apply the rule under Neil v. Biggers and the cases that follow it.

The webinar will take place on Friday, July 25, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
