Advanced Human Trafficking for Law Enforcement and Prosecutors

January 14, 2026 - January 15, 2026

CASC, DCJS and the VSP together are offering a free two-day training to both prosecutors and law enforcement on the Advanced Human Trafficking Investigation and Prosecution. It will be held in Williamsburg January 14 – 15, 2026. Note: The Intro to Human Trafficking training is a prerequisite for this advanced training.

The advanced human trafficking training serves as an intensive two-day (all day each day) training for experienced law enforcement and prosecutors seeking to deepen their expertise in identifying, investigating, and prosecuting human trafficking cases. This training builds upon the foundational knowledge learned in HTI’s introductory human trafficking training. Participants will engage in case studies, interactive scenario-based training, and collaborative exercises that enhance their ability to dismantle human trafficking networks and secure victim-centered prosecutions.

The program is free. Lodging will be provided, if requested, for attendees whose offices are more than twenty-five miles from the training site. Free parking is available. Breakfast and lunch will be provided free of charge each day. Dinner will be on your own and not reimbursed. Mileage is NOT covered and will be the attendee’s responsibility.

Seats are limited. By registering to attend, you are agreeing to attend and participate in the entire two-day program. CLE’s and PIC credits will be provided.
