CASC is offering an intensive 4-day training for Virginia prosecutors and law enforcement on investigating and prosecuting intimate partner violence. This course will cover IPV dynamics, investigation and prosecution strategies, strangulation, prosecuting cases with uncooperative victims, forfeiture by wrongdoing and more.
