Rolling Stoned: DRE for Prosecutors
July 30 - July 31
This program will cover everything you need to know about the Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) program, including an introduction to the DRE evaluation, an in-depth discussion of the seven (7) drug categories, how to qualify your DRE as an expert witness, and more. The program will begin with registration on July 30 from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. and will conclude on July 31 at 4:00 p.m. For those traveling more than 25 miles, lodging will be provided and meals will be provided or reimbursed. Lunch will be provided for all participants on July 30 and July 31. Mileage will not be reimbursed.
This training is open to Virginia prosecutors only. MCLE credits are pending.
