CASC is pleased to present the next webinar in our 2025 webinar series:
“Combatting Common Defenses in Criminal Trials“.

This training is focused on the most common defenses in criminal cases and how to prepare for and rebut those defenses. Defenses to be addressed are: Alibi, self-defense, claim of right.

The webinar will take place on Thursday, July 3, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Our presenter will be Jason Kowalski, Staff Attorney for CASC and a former Virginia prosecutor.

CASC welcomes both prosecutors and non-attorney staff members employed in Virginia Commonwealth’s Attorneys’ Offices to this webinar.

CASC will endeavor to record this training and make the recording available for future reference.
