CASC is pleased to present the next webinar in our 2025 webinar series: “Defending Constitutional Challenges to Statutes“.

This session will cover facial and as-applied challenges to statutes and the challenges to statutes grounded in particular constitutional amendments, notably First and Second Amendment challenges. We will examine case examples and offer suggestions on how to defend against these now more common challenges.

The webinar will take place on Thursday, August 21, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Virginia prosecutors and non-attorney staff within Virginia’s Commonwealth’s Attorneys’ Offices are welcome to register.

CASC will endeavor to record this training and put the recording on Prosecutor’s Encyclopedia as well for future reference.
