CASC is pleased to present the next webinar in our 2025 webinar series: “Journey Through the Labyrinth – Decoding DUI License Suspensions and Charging Decisions“.

This training is focused on the DUI license suspension code sections.

Key topics covered will include:

• The length of suspensions for each level of DUI.
• Restricted license waiting periods.
• Defendant options when obtaining a restricted license.
• License restoration after DUI felonies.
• Charging decisions when a defendant drives while revoked or in violation of his restricted license.

The webinar will take place on Friday, June 6, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Our presenter will be Jason Kowalski, Staff Attorney for CASC and a former Virginia prosecutor.
