Mr. Morrogh called the meeting to order at 8:45 a.m.

Travel Vouchers for New Members
Mr. Morrogh advised new members to fill out their travel vouchers.

Board & Council Meetings & Events Schedule
Mr. Morrogh announced that Mr. Harris has given him a tentative meeting schedule for the next year.  He is able to say with certainty that the next Council meeting will be held on September 25, 2013, at Henrico Sheriff’s Office at 11:30 a.m.  The following meeting will be on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at the Henrico Sheriff’s Office.   He will review the remaining tentative dates when he gets back to his office and will forward a final schedule shortly.

There being no further business before Council, the meeting adjourned at 9:30 a.m.  The next regularly scheduled meeting is September 25, 2013 at 11:30 a.m., at the Henrico County Sheriff’s Office Conference Room.
