Call to Order
Mr. Porter called the meeting to order at 12:04 p.m.
Minutes
The draft minutes from the September 24, 2025, meeting were previously posted and circulated to Council. A motion was made and seconded and by voice vote, the minutes were approved as submitted.
Chairman’s Report
Mr. Porter commended CASC on its preparations for the upcoming Executive Program.
Administrator’s Report
Mr. Casey shared that CASC held a very successful Red Flag Financial Literacy program and Asset Forfeiture Program in October.
Old Business
CATF Update
Mr. Casey reviewed the CATF balance sheet reflecting account activity through September 30, 2025.
2025 Executive Program
Mr. Casey reviewed the CASC Agenda for 2025 Executive Program, December 3-5, Hotel24, Staunton.
