Mr. Porter called the meeting to order at 12:01 p.m.
Minutes
The draft minutes from the July 31, 2025, meeting were previously posted and circulated to Council. A motion was made and seconded and by voice vote, the minutes were approved as submitted.

Mr. Porter commended CASC on a successful CIIFER program in September.

Mr. Casey reviewed the CATF balance sheet reflecting account activity through June 30, 2025.
VACA Summer Program 2025 Review: Attendance
Mr. Casey reviewed the summer program attendance with the attendees.
Feedback on Proposed New CASC Reimbursement Procedure and Policy for Spring Institute 2026
Mr. Casey requested feedback from attendees on CASC’s proposed reimbursement procedure for 2026 Spring Institute.

2025 Executive Program
Mr. Casey reviewed the agenda for the upcoming CASC Executive Program in December in Staunton.
