This one-day leadership development course held in Richmond, VA on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 is designed for Virginia’s management-level prosecutors promotes the learning of leadership habits and practices ideally suited to balance prosecutors’ roles as zealous advocates, ministers of justice, and public servants. Attendees will work in thoughtfully assigned groups and create a leadership plan that strategically combines personal motivations, strengths, emotional intelligence, and leadership behaviors. Each plan will be uniquely tailored to address the attendees’ experience, responsibilities, and aspirations.

This program is open to all management level prosecutors including Commonwealth’s Attorneys and all those in supervisory positions.  The training It is limited to 40 attendees.  Lunch will be provided, and parking will be reimbursed.
