The Trial Advocacy Program is an intensive five-day program offered for Commonwealth’s Attorneys and their Assistants at all levels of experience, offering approximately 25 CLE hours. Attendees will be assigned to workshop groups. Wednesday afternoon is free time. Attendance is limited to 40 students. Lodging is provided and all meals are provided or reimbursed at the state per diem rate. Travel to and from the training is not covered.
